 Founded by Maximo Gamero, our company is built on over 20 years of hands-on experience in the heavy equipment and excavation industry. Maximo has worked on a wide range of projects, including underground utility installations, road construction, excavation, grading, land clearing and lake restoration. His extensive background as an underground utilities supervisor and heavy equipment operator brings the knowledge, precision and leadership that every project deserves.
We are a family-owned business in Southwest Florida, women-led with hands on field experience. We combine real job site work with clear communication.

One of the things that makes our company different is our leadership.
As Vice President of Maximo’s Experience Machine Work LLC, I manage customer relationships, coordinate projects, prepare contracts and invoices, answer client calls, and ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
But my work doesn’t stop in the office.
I also operate heavy equipment, drive commercial trucks, transport machinery, haul dump trailers, and work alongside our crew in the field.
With over 10 years of experience driving heavy trucks and 6 years in the construction industry, I proudly represent women in an industry where determination, skill, and professionalism matter most.
I believe that no job is too big and no challenge is impossible when you love what you do.
